All sales are final.

Due to the unique, fragile, heavy, and natural characteristics of our crystal and gemstone pieces, VR Stones does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase.

We only accept claims if an item arrives damaged or broken during shipping, or if the wrong item was delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [EMAIL] with your order number, photos of the damaged item, photos of the packaging, and photos of the shipping label.

Approved damage claims may be resolved through a replacement, store credit, repair solution, or refund, at VR Stones’ discretion.

Warehouse pickup orders must be inspected at pickup in Lomita, CA. Once the item is accepted and leaves our warehouse, the sale is final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

VR Stones is not responsible for damage caused after delivery or pickup, including improper handling, installation, storage, or transportation by the customer.
